do not really know what it is for or what we can benefit from it.
The Social Security Agency, better known as SOCSOO or
Parkeso is a company established under the Ministry of Human Resources.
SOCSO contributions chart are made by both employees and employers when an
individual is employed to provide social protection to employees in the event
of workplace injuries, emergencies, occupational diseases, and deaths.

The Invalidity Pension Scheme refers to coverage against uninsured illness that prohibits employees from performing daily tasks and earning a living. These include terminal disease, stroke and more.

- Facilities for physical rehabilitation and dialysis

In addition to the benefits described above, SOCSO contributors should be aware of these other important information:
SOCSO also offers free medical treatment checkups for
eligible contributors.
Employees who have stopped contributing to SOCSO may be covered
if they meet certain conditions.
Under the surviving, pension scheme, dependent family
members of the deceased employee can apply to transfer their pension.
Under the Employment Insurance Scheme (EIS), RM600 cash
allowance will be provided for unemployed Malaysians every month. These include
those affected by the Voluntary Separation Project (VSS) and the Mutual
Separation Project (MSS).
